Connor Brown

Connor Brown is a project manager with an operational and financial background who plays a key role in coordinating development, construction oversight, and project-level reporting for Selective Development. Connor brings a combination of analytical skills, construction-tracking discipline and investment experience to the firm's development pipeline.

At Selective Development, Connor established comprehensive management systems at Station 280, Selective Development's 235-unit multifamily project in Granby, CT where he developed processes to record and report progress across all major facets of construction. He also holds his FINRA Series 7 license.
