RESIDENTIAL
Selective Development primarily offers new construction of for-sale homes and rental properties.
COMMERCIAL
Owner Representative services for owners whose staff and / or experience does not include construction expertise. Includes new and renovation projects.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Budgeting, scope reviews, value engineering, schedule projections and assistance with contract delivery methods all geared toward streamlining and setting up a project for success.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Operate as General Contractor, CM as Agent, or CM at Risk to maximize the value the Owner receives on their investment.
FEE DEVELOPMENT WORK
Will act as development entity on behalf of an owner who lacks the experience to entitle their property OR represent an owner who does not wish to be in the public spotlight.
In my capacity as a Principal Civil Engineer with SLR International Corporation, I've had the privilege to work with Don, Eric and Jon on various residential and commercial projects in recent years. Since 2022, we've assisted SelDev on a six-lot residential subdivision in Cromwell, a 34-unit single family development in Canton known as Applegate Village, and due diligence assistance for a data center in Wallingford.

In my professional relationship with SelDev, I've found them to be attentive, respectful and competent. They are familiar with the design and approval process and experienced in construction and project management. I've also found them to be decisive when we required their input on the direction of the project, and prompt in payment when we invoiced for our services. I would not hesitate to work with them again on future projects.
