Jon Vosburgh
Jon Vosburgh has more than four decades of hands-on homebuilding and residential development experience and is one of the leading home builders in the Greater Hartford area in the State of Connecticut. Jon plays a central role in Selective Development's multifamily and residential development projects from entitlement through construction execution. Jon contributes to municipal coordination, design refinement, consultant oversight, and the technical review processes that underpin Selective Development's ability to move complex projects efficiently through approval and construction phases.

At the age of 19, Jon established a construction company out of his family's basement in Simsbury, Connecticut. He began framing homes with a team of four people and quickly built a reputation for execution and professionalism early in his career. In the early 1990's, Jon transformed the framing company into a real estate development enterprise that now deals with every aspect of the process ranging from land acquisition, marketing, site and home construction. He combines his building experience with his flair and innovative detailing and prides himself on providing outstanding value in each property he develops. Jonathan works with a team of dedicated craftsmen to create the finishing touches on each of his homes, ensuring quality and attention to detail every time.

Jon played a vital role in Station 280, the Selective Development's 235-unit multifamily community in Granby, CT - the largest residential development in the town's history. As part of this effort, Jon represented the firm before the Granby Planning & Zoning Commission, presenting building elevation modifications and addressing architectural and design-related inquiries from town officials and staff. His involvement reflects hi hands-on approach to coordinating with local boards, ensuring that project plans align with regulatory expectations and community design standards.
